Deposit and Final Payment

To reserve a Quark Expeditions cruise, a deposit equal to 20% of the total cruise price (minimum of $1,000 per person) is due upon confirmation.

Quark Expeditions accepts all major credit cards.

Deposits and payments for pre-expedition and post-expedition services are specific to each item and are explained and communicated at time of purchase. Quark reserves the right to cancel any booking that is not paid within 120 days of departure or deny boarding on any unpaid balances.

Cancellations and Refunds

If a cancellation occurs, Quark will assess the following charges:

Deposit, payment, and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.
